The City has established a Pay Classification Plan to insure that salaries are equitable and commensurate with the duties performed by each employee.
A position description, including the Pay Grade assignment, is maintained for each full-time position.
The Pay Plan includes pay ranges by grade; and, the range is comprised of 1/2-Step increments.
