The City's Personnel Policy Manual outlines the work policies that apply to all employees. Included in the manual are provisions related to hours of work, leave provisions, standards of conduct, benefits and other matters governing the employer/employee relationship.
Employees are responsible for being familiar with the Policy Manual. Questions concerning the application or interpretation of any policy should be directed to your supervisor or the Human Resources Department.
