Two Thumbs Up! Newnan's biggest asset is its history and homes, your new web site does a much better job at projecting that.
I come from a small town up in MI, preservation of history is not a priority, and old historic buildings get demolished for something new all the time. It is very sad when all you have left is a photo and a memory. What is really disheartening is that you see when communities embrace their history and renovate the old buildings, they are making their area more attractive, providing reasons for people to renovate and maintain other old properties. I have been in commercial realty for 30 years, you are always searching for something different to attract people, why would you destroy what you already have in place!
Great Web Site, it's another great investment in your city.

BAM! The city of HOMES rises from the ashes of obscurity and defines the quality of life here. I think the TV show October Road has brought the essence of us to light including the new us and the old us. I have lived here five years now and couldn't be happier anywhere else. Life is in the Living and the Living is In Newnan.
It is a vast improvement over what was there; I only looked at it a couple of times. Now it will be my go to spot for information.
We moved here from Fayetteville and I am glad that the government site matches the town now. You captured the feel of downtown so well.
