CITY OF NEWNAN ANIMAL WARDEN RECEIVES NATIONAL CERTIFICATION

The city of Newnan Animal Warden, Cyndi Hoffman receives her national certification and is now recognized with the National Animal Control Association.

“The Level 1 and Level 2 training I received have helped me do my job better in a more safe and professional manner,” says Hoffman.  “Today we see so many more pets in families and animal welfare is such an important issue that this certification allows me to help educate others on the issue. It has also help further my education in the field,” continues Hoffman.

The National Animal Control Association was formed in 1978 for the express purpose of assisting members to perform their duties in a professional manner.   NACA believes its most important contribution towards solving our domestic animal problems is to make available to Animal Control agencies and personnel a comprehensive training program.   The program is designed to outline laws, capture techniques, personnel and public safety, animal cruelty investigation, etc. For more information the National Animal Control Association please log onto www.nacanet.org/
