a) Use the Court Square from 12:00 Noon until 8:00 PM on Saturday January
31st, 2009 to host a celebration of the Chinese New Year
b) To recognize National Domestic Violence Awareness month by hosting a
walk on October 18, 2008, beginning at the Wadsworth Auditorium at 4:00
pm, once around Court Square, then on to Greenville Street Park where the
walk will end
II Ms. Diann Alford requests permission to host “The Celebrating A Life: Keesha
Vessell Vasculitis Awareness Walk” to increase awareness of this group of
diseases – the annual walk will last about one hour beginning at 8:45 am on

III Newnan High School requests a permit to conduct their annual Homecoming
Parade and Pep Rally on the Square Thursday September 18, 2008 with the
parade beginning at Armory Road at 6:00 pm. – Blocking Temple Avenue

Avenue to Clark Street from 5:45 pm to 7:30 pm, and that South Court Square
